1. About these terms
1.1 These terms apply to your use of Beedee (beedee.co.za), an online business hub formerly called BizKraal. Beedee is owned and run by Envy Fincorp (Pty) Ltd t/a Beedee ("Beedee", "we", "us").
1.2 You accept these terms by ticking the box at sign-up. This is a valid electronic agreement under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA).
1.3 Please also read our Privacy Notice. It explains how we use your information.
2. What these terms cover
2.1 These terms cover free and teaser access only. This means your account and the teaser dashboard, where full details are hidden.
2.2 Paid full access needs a separate Subscription Agreement, which you sign when you unlock. For paid services, the Subscription Agreement takes precedence over these terms if they conflict.
3. Who may use Beedee
3.1 You must be a business user, aged 18 or older, and have authority to accept these terms for the business you name.
3.2 You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
3.3 Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- scrape, copy in bulk, or use bots to collect content from Beedee;
- resell, republish or share listings or other content outside Beedee;
- send spam or unsolicited messages through Beedee, or use it in breach of POPIA or our Direct Marketing rules;
- use Beedee for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
- try to bypass the teaser restrictions, security or access controls; or
- pretend to be someone else.
5. Teaser information
5.1 Teaser information is a preview. It may be incomplete, summarised or out of date.
5.2 We do not guarantee that it is accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose. Check it before you rely on it.
6. The platform "as is"
6.1 We provide free and teaser access "as is" and "as available".
6.2 We may change, pause or stop features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Beedee, its content, design, software and trade marks belong to us or our licensors.
7.2 We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the platform under these terms. You get no other rights.
7.3 If you submit content, you keep ownership. You allow us to use it to run the platform.
8. Suspension and closing accounts
8.1 You may delete your account at any time in your settings or by emailing us.
8.2 We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we must do so by law, or to protect the platform or other users. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
9. Liability
9.1 To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, arising from free or teaser use.
9.2 Our total liability for free and teaser use is limited to R[TO CONFIRM: 1 000 - confirm].
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.cpa
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will give you at least [TO CONFIRM: 14 - confirm] days' notice of material changes by email or on the platform. If you keep using Beedee after the change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you may delete your account.
11. Law and courts
South African law applies. The courts in Johannesburg (Gauteng Division of the High Court, Johannesburg, or a magistrates' court with jurisdiction) may hear disputes.
12. General
If any clause is invalid, the rest stay in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account without our consent.

Free and teaser access has no charge. Prices, payment, delivery and cancellation terms for paid access are set out in the Subscription Agreement.
cpa: The Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) may apply to business users that are small juristic persons with annual turnover or asset value below the threshold set by the Minister (currently R2 million). These terms are intended to be fair and reasonable, and nothing in them limits rights that such users have under the CPA.
